Jonathan Jessup

Jonathan began his career in real estate on the 14th of February 2003 (Valentine’s Day) and has had a love and passion for achieving exceptional results for his clients throughout the last 20 years in the industry. In 2022 Jonathan received his Diamond Badge from the Smartre Training Group cementing him in the top 4% of his field.

Jonathan has helped thousands of buyers and sellers to navigate successful transactions through all types of real estate markets.  

Jonathan believes real estate is a ‘lifestyle career’ and his friendly personality sees him create immediate rapport with people he meets. Genuinely interested in people, he is a careful listener who takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs and expectations so that he can meet and exceed them. With a natural instinct for sales, Jonathan’s success comes from his ability to negotiate with buyers, exceptional client care and after sales service. This has proven to be true with many friendships continuing past the original sale or sales that took place over a decade ago.

Negotiation is the crucial component that makes the difference between a price and a premium sale price. The focus should always be on what you can convince a buyer to pay, therein lies the essence of a successful sale and a satisfied client.

Jonathan takes time to qualify his buyers before they view any properties with him to ensure that they are in a position to buy today, if they find the right property. By taking time to understand buyers’ needs and requirements he can better match them to the right properties. It’s not only about numbers through the door, it’s about matching the right buyer to the right property.
